Seven x 3

This week on the Pebbles blog, the DT is featuring the new Hip Hip
Hooray collection! What a fabulous collection, fun and bright papers, lots
of cute cute cute embelishments and pennant banners, it doesn't
get better than this! I was up yesterday with a layout, this line was
perfect for the pictures of Danika's birthday, all 3 of them! LOL! Loved
created the confetti pockets, vellum is back in style and I love it.
Hope you get your hands on this fabulous collection.

Truly Missed

I created this card for Jillibean Soup. I've noticed alot of scrappers
using the negative part of a die cut on their projects, I think these
are mostly created with a Silhouette, since I don't have one I tried
to replicate the look of these tags by using my Slice, I think
I did pretty well. So another reason to keep using my Slice. :)

Solo

I'm trying to use my Studio Calico kit as I get them, I have a
nice little pile that is starting to accumulate, not sure what I am
waiting for to use them up, perhaps more time to scrap would
do the trick. ;)

This layout was created with the March kit, love the mix of papers,
especially the exclusive and the Crate papers. I took those pics
of Bri last Thanksgiving when we went camping, it was such
a gorgeous weekend, we had the best time. Dan and I decided that
camping on the Thankgiving long weekend was a new family
tradition. Looking forward to doing it this year with an extra
family member!!! Hope you have a chance to get crafty today.

Hello bloggers, hope your Tuesday is off to a great start!
Today I'm sharing a card I created for Jillibean Soup.
Again I put my Slice machine to good use and cut out some
octagon shapes from my paper, I thought the contrast
of colors really pulled this card together and at the
same time made everything pop. Hope you get crafty today!

Thank you Cards magazine!!!!

Danika and I had a date today, some quality one on one
mother daughter time. So off we went to Chapters (local book store).
Of course, I stopped by the magazine section to browse the recent
issues of Cards and Scrapbook Trends magazine.

Then I see the March issue.....

I opened it with shaking hands, to find this......

eeeekkkkkkkk!!!! I knew it was going to happen, I was
contacted by the fabulous people at Cards magazine many
many months ago and was offered this amazing opportunity.
I couldn't believe that I (little old french canadian me)
was asked to be the Designer of the Month for Cards
magazine!!! What an honor this is. They featured all
5 of my cards!Thank you so very much to all the
wonderful people at Cards magazine,
for helping me achieve one of my scrap dreams.

Definitely Maybe

Happy Friday y'all!
A quick drive by post to share this layout of Danika.
She is growing up waaaaay to fast.
Sometimes when I look at her I am blown
away by how big she is, somehow I feel like I
missed a couple of years along the way.
I created this layout using some Crate Paper, which
I always have a tendency to hoard, I love this collection.
I don't usually use bold patterns like the flower print
but this time around it worked.

Spring is in the air!!!

This week the Pebbles DT has been featuring Spring themed projects on the
blog. I for one, am thrilled that the warmer weather is upon us, I've
had enough of winter, snow, cold, you get the point. In honor of this
feature on the Pebbles blog, I created 2 cards which feature some of
my favorite spring items, flowers and butterflie. Make sure to
stop by the blog to see the DTs work, lots of wonderful and
inspiring creations to be seen.

& Jump

Ahhh...Monday is finally done! Today was hard, maybe it was
because of the time change or just because I'm farther along in the pregnancy.
What?! You heard right, we are expecting! I've shared this online on other
sites, just not my blog. Dan and I are thrilled to be anxiously waiting for
baby #3 to arrive. I'm due mid-July. The girls are thrilled, they can not wait
to meet their little ...... Yep we know, but I'll be a tease and keep that for
another blog post. ;)

In the meantime, here's another layout about our trip to NYC. I think Dan
and I talk about our trip on a weekly basis. Making little references to
something we did, our saw or ate. It was such a fabulous trip, we
promised the girls to bring them the next time we go. I used a Studio
Calico kit to create this page!

Glimpse

Happy Friday everyone! I always love the last day of the week, getting
ready for a weekend with my favorite people, what mre can I ask for?!

Talking about favorite people, I'm sharing a layout about my sweet
sweet girls! They just make my heart melt. Like any siblings, they have
their good moments and some not so good, but overall they are usually
very kind to each other, this picture captured the essence of their
relationship, making jokes (usually about me) and giggling together.
I love this. I'm so glad they will have each other and hopefully be BBFs.
A mom can only hope! Of course, I used the new MME line, can't
get enough of this collection. ;)

The Good Stuff

This month the Jillibean Soup DT was asked to create a layout
about themsleves, it had been a while since I had done a
layout about me, found this old picture of us camping and was
instantly inspired. I used my Slice machine to create the Hexagon
shapes, I was so happy to discover that shape on a cartridge.
This layout is different than my usual style, but i love how
it turned out! Have you scrapped about yourself lately?
Although intimidating, it can also be therapeutic.

Vday Treat

G'day bloggers! Today I'm sharing a little page that I created for
Jillibean Soup! I used lots of love theme goodies on this layout.
The girls loved their pink pancakes on Valentine's day morning,
they were a huge hit!!!
