Recent Publications

You might have seen those projects before but I had to remove them from my blog because they were requested for publication. These projects appeared in the February edition of Simply Handmade. I got a sneak peek of the magazine when I visited Chapters last month and I was so happy to see how well these projects turned out in the magazine, I was afraid they would have been damaged in the shipping, thankfully this didn't happen. These projects were originally created for Jillibean Soup.

Imagine my excitement when I was able to create some

projects for CHA using the new Dutch Mustard Soup collection

by Jillibean Soup!!! I love the deep oranges mixed with the yellows,

browns and greens patterns, one of my fave color combo!!!

Plus the heart shape pattern paper is divine, those hearts are

perfect for cutting out! I also included some new corrugated

shapes, see the house and tree, which can be altered very

easily using mist or ink. Love it!

Dream Big

Here's a little card that I created for Jillibean Soup.

I love the pink, yellow and teal combo on kraft.

I'm also totally loving the cloud shape punch by Fiskars.

Oh yeah, can't forget about the Mister Huey white mist!

And best of all, this new collection by Jillibean Soup, it's simply divine!

Nostalgia

I love this new collection by Jillibean Soup - Blossom Soup.

The cloud paper is soooo divine, love the girly colors and the butterflies.

Danika has started to assert herself and is becoming this

young indepedent girl that at times think she doesn't need me,

eventhough she really does! LOL! So it is very bittersweet for me,

I am proud of who she is but yet my baby girl is no longer a baby!

Sigh!

Today I'm sharing a card I created for Jillibean Soup,

it was posted on the Jillibean Soup blog along with

I used the new Spotted Owl Soup collection for this card,

I love the bright fun colors, and what can I say about

that banner...SAWEEET!!! I also used my Slice to

cut out the sun and my Fiskars punch for the cloud.

All in all, I think it's a pretty happy fun card!
